- 29 U.S.C. § 794 (Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 - disability)
- 42 U.S.C. § 12131-12134 (Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act - disability)
- 20 U.S.C. §1681 (Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 – sex)
- 42 U.S.C. § 2000d (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 – race, color or national origin)
- 42 U.S.C. § 6191 (Age Discrimination Act of 1975 – age)
- 20 U.S.C. § 7905 (Boy Scouts of America Act - which involves the denial of equal access or a fair opportunity to meet to, or discrimination against, any group officially affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America or officially affiliated with any other youth group listed in Title 36 of the United States Code.)
