Dear Rosholt Families,
I have certainly missed seeing our students every day since March. It has been so different being in a school without the chatter, laughter and excitement the students bring. As the 2020-2021 school year starts, I know our community is eager to get back to normal and so are we. We have spent all summer working to create a plan to meet the needs of our students and families. While no one likes change, everything we are putting in place is for the safety of our students, staff, and community.
We are welcoming several new teachers to our ranks this year. Please join us in welcoming them.
- Ms. Prahl will be teaching 2nd grade.
- Ms. Scanlon will be teaching 3rd grade.
- M_______ will be teaching 6th grade.
- Mr. Panter will be teaching special education for grades 3-5.
- Ms. Lesinski has joined us as a K-12 Physical Education teacher.
Be assured our entire staff is eager for the year to start. Again this year, we are continuing our learning and teaching of social emotional strategies using The Zones of Regulation and Super Flex. We are excited to add Wonders, a new reading curriculum, to our resources to ensure we are providing our students with a top notch education.
We strive to support the legacy of success established by Rosholt through building strong relationships with parents, students and community partners.
As an elementary school parent myself, I know how important it is to be "in the know." Please check our Facebook page for information as well as the website. I email home a weekly update that can also be found on the website. I am open to suggestions, so if you would like to see something particular on the website, Facebook or weekly Happenings from the Hive, please let me know.
If you ever have a concern, please do not hesitate to call the main office or e-mail me. I believe open communication is very important in a school and for this reason, I will always encourage you to reach out to your child's teacher, to a member of the office staff or to me with any questions you may have.
Yours in Education,
Mary Anne Cline
Elementary School Principal
